Ravens Bones

Ravens Bones is an Indigenous owned plant based wellness and social healing justice business based in Juneau, Alaska. The name Ravens Bones comes from the Deisheetaan clan house, Yéil S’aag̱i Hít, the Ravens Bones House of Angoon. Rooted in relationship with the land, Ravens Bones brings together plant medicines, cultural education, advocacy, land based teachings, and community led healing grounded in Indigenous ways of knowing.

Our work includes tea blends, salves, body butters, bath soaking salts, workshops, educational resources, and community gatherings that support connection to land, ancestral knowledge, social emotional wellbeing, and protection of Indigenous cultural knowledge.

Ravens Bones brings awareness to Missing and Murdered Indigenous Persons, Orange Shirt Day, residential boarding school institutions and forced assimilation, lateral kindness, decolonization work, and the impacts of white supremacy culture on Indigenous people and communities. This work includes healing gatherings, truth speaking, grassroots community work, cemetery restoration volunteer efforts, and advocacy connected to accountability, Indigenous rights, protection of ancestral spaces, and legislative change.

Through community based work and plant based offerings, Ravens Bones supports Indigenous community wellbeing, cultural preservation, and reconnection to land, story, and each other.
